These terms govern your use of the hellomiles app and website. By using hellomiles you agree to them.
hellomiles is a personal tracking tool: you record your own spending and the app estimates the miles it may earn based on card reward structures. hellomiles is not a bank, not a financial adviser, and not affiliated with any card issuer or airline. Nothing in the app or website is financial advice.
Card earn rates, bonus categories, caps, minimum spends and accrual rules shown in the app are indicative, compiled from publicly available information, and change frequently at banks' discretion. Miles shown are estimates; the bank's own calculation is always authoritative. Always verify against your bank's current terms before relying on any figure. We accept no liability for decisions made based on estimates in the app.
Don't use hellomiles to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service's operation.
hellomiles is provided "as is", free of charge. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features. Keep in mind your data also lives on your device even if sync is unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hellomiles and its creators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed miles or rewards, or losses arising from inaccurate card data or estimates.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
